You are welcome to work with our team to determine the right level of support for you. We have participants that join us 7 days a week, while others just join for some of our fun weekend activities.

How do I pay for my support?

Community Care Collective issues fortnightly invoices which either go to yourself (self managed) or your plan-manager (plan managed). This covers your time with CCC and your support workers during that time.

Does Community Care Collective provide transport?

Community Care Collective has numerous vehicles which we use to transport participants to and from activities. We generally ask that participants are dropped off/collected from our venue in Thomastown at the start and end of the day. In rare circumstances we can offer alternate arrangements or can always meet participants at the event.
